Project Manager – ELV, IT & Security Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of ELV, IT and Security Systems projects from initial planning through final certification. You will own end‑to‑end execution, coordinating teams, clients and suppliers to ensure complex infrastructure projects are completed on time, within scope and to the required specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and develop detailed project plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead kick‑off meetings with clients, consultants and contractors to align on scope, timelines and execution strategy.
• Manage full project execution, including installation, staffing, hardware and software coordination.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, inspection and final certification of systems.
• Supervise Project Engineers and technicians on site, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Report progress to senior management and resolve issues with suppliers, contractors or clients.
• Communicate updates, progress and variation orders directly with clients.
• Provide training to technicians and client personnel on system operation and deliver after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunications or IT.
• 5–7 years of experience delivering security systems projects (CCTV, Access Control, ANPR, Biometrics, Barriers, etc.).
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Milestone or Genetec, and LENEL/Kerisys/Paxton (preferred).
• Strong project and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with a solid command of English.
