Project Manager – Facilities Management

About the role

Egis Advisory Service Line is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale facilities management and urban development projects for prestigious clients across the region. You will be the primary interface with clients, steering projects from initiation through delivery while ensuring strategic and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the main client contact, maintaining relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, resource allocation and P&L performance.
• Develop and control execution plans, schedules, milestones and resource plans.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, communication protocols and approval processes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, opportunities, change control and commercial matters.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to align activities with client objectives.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, steering committees and executive presentations.
• Review and approve deliverables before client submission and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Support business development, proposal preparation and account management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, Building Services or a related discipline.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in project management, consulting or advisory roles.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary consulting projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual and governance expertise.

Required skills

• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• PRINCE2 methodology.
• IFMA FMP/CFM or IWFM certifications.
• Knowledge of ISO 41001 and ISO 55001 standards.
