Project Manager – Facilities Management

About the role

Egis Advisory Service Line is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale facilities management and urban development projects for prestigious clients. You will be the primary interface with clients, overseeing projects from initiation through delivery while ensuring strategic and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery, from initiation to completion, managing budgets, profitability, and P&L performance.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, communication protocols, and approval processes.
• Manage risks, issues, opportunities, change control, and commercial matters.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to align activities with client objectives.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, steering committees, and executive presentations.
• Review and approve deliverables before client submission, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Support business development, proposal preparation, and account management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in project management, consulting, or advisory roles.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary consulting projects.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IFMA FMP/CFM, IWFM, ISO 41001, ISO 55001) are advantageous.
