Project Manager – Facility Management Operations

About the role

The Project Manager will lead facility management operations for medium to large‑scale projects, overseeing a workforce of roughly 200 to 450 employees. The role ensures delivery of both hard and soft FM services in line with contractual obligations, client expectations, budgets, SLAs, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of hard services, soft services, maintenance, cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality and external space management.
• Manage day‑to‑day project operations to guarantee service efficiency, quality, compliance and client satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, operational strategies, objectives, timelines and performance targets.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, costs and variance reports to maintain financial control.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, governmental regulations, HSE standards and industry requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, supervisors, technicians, cleaners and support staff.
• Coordinate workforce planning, performance management and team development with HR.
• Maintain client relationships, address concerns and monitor satisfaction levels.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation, contingency and corrective actions.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement for materials, resources and vendor agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 144 months (12 years) of experience in facility management project management.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects with 200‑450 staff.
• Strong track record of budget control, risk management and client satisfaction.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with HR and procurement.
