Project Manager - Infrastructure

About the role

WSP is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure design and master‑planning projects for its Jeddah office, covering Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. The role will oversee multidisciplinary teams from concept through detailed design to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams across infrastructure and master‑planning projects.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, authorities and key stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget, resources and risk.
• Coordinate inputs across roads, utilities, water, structures, public realm and other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with local standards, codes and approval requirements.
• Monitor project performance, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Support bids, proposals and business development initiatives.
• Mentor team members and contribute to WSP’s project management capability in the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Chartered Engineer or PMP accreditation preferred.
• 10–15 years’ experience delivering infrastructure, roads, highways and land development projects within a consultancy environment.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams.
• Strong background delivering projects in Saudi Arabia and/or the wider Middle East.
• Experience working with Saudi authorities and approval processes.
• Excellent leadership, client management and communication skills.
