Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager within Adeera’s Design & Technical Services department, you will lead the planning and execution of hotel development, renovation, and capital projects across the Kingdom. Reporting to the Project & Design Director, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand standards, technical specifications, quality expectations, and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple hotel projects (new builds, conversions, renovations) across various brands and regions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk registers.
• Review project documentation (drawings, specifications, submittals) for compliance with D&TS standards.
• Coordinate site visits, technical inspections, testing & commissioning, and defect snagging.
• Serve as the primary liaison between owners, consultants, and internal corporate teams.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Monitor key project metrics, enforce quality assurance measures, and conduct post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hospitality development or renovation projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and risk‑management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to work within defined budgets and timelines.
• Effective communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
