Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction and drilling projects from initiation through to successful completion. The role involves ensuring that each project meets strict timelines, stays within budget, and adheres to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all phases of construction and drilling projects.
• Monitor progress against milestones, budgets and quality benchmarks.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction or drilling projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisive decisions.
