Project Manager

About the role

KEO International Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its award‑winning team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the delivery of contracted PM/CM services and acting as the primary liaison between clients, developers, consultants, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, developers, consultants, contractors and internal KEO divisions (construction management, supervision, planning, engineering, design).
• Develop and maintain client relationships to enhance business opportunities.
• Ensure delivery of contracted project management and construction management services.
• Participate in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and related procedures.
• Implement risk‑management routines, identify risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and execute action plans.
• Prepare tender strategies, identify qualified consultants, contractors and vendors, and issue RFPs.

Required profile

• At least 240 months (20 years) of experience in project management within the construction sector.
