Project Manager – PMO

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Riyadh team, supporting the delivery of a flagship PMO project. Reporting to the Project Director, you will oversee day‑to‑day construction activities while contributing to regional operational and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site delivery of construction works, ensuring programme milestones, safety, quality and contractual compliance.
• Administer project contracts, including RFIs, submittals, variations and technical correspondence, and provide clear commercial reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams to resolve interface issues and maintain the master construction schedule.
• Implement and enforce HSE and Quality plans in line with international standards and local regulations.
• Serve as the primary client interface, delivering progress updates, site reports and presentations.
• Support regional operational and commercial objectives such as project financials, resource utilisation and governance reporting.
• Assist in standardising project administration and operational workflows across the region.
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary, multicultural workforce, bridging site delivery needs with regional office support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction sites, with a strong focus on delivery, governance and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work confidently with clients and senior leadership.
• Experience managing multicultural teams and coordinating multiple subcontractors and consultants.
• Track record of supporting operational and commercial objectives in a regional context.
