Site Engineers & Architects – Construction Supervision (Riyadh)

About the role

Surbana Jurong is seeking experienced Site Engineers and Architects across multiple disciplines to join upcoming construction supervision projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The positions will support large‑scale infrastructure development, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction activities for assigned disciplines.
• Ensure contractor compliance with project specifications and drawings.
• Review technical submissions and shop drawings.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and external consultants.
• Prepare and support site reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• 10–20 years of relevant experience, depending on seniority.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
• Strong background in construction supervision.
• Experience on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Preferably experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
