Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

WSP is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee multidisciplinary teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of large‑scale infrastructure and masterplan projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary design and delivery teams throughout all project phases.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery strategies.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Act as primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with government authorities, developers, contractors, and partners.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, resource utilisation, and commercial performance.
• Support contract administration, change management, risk mitigation, and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Strong technical engineering background, preferably in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience with leading international engineering consultancies on large‑scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Commercially aware and client‑focused with ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
