Project Manager – Tower Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise tower projects exceeding 30 floors. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle from preparation through hand‑over, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project from preparation to hand‑over, managing scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Coordinate daily and weekly activities across main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, owners and authorities.
• Prepare, review and update execution plans, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
• Manage contractors and vendors, verify adherence to project programmes and approve project stages.
• Track budgeting, cost control, variances and implement risk‑management and escalation procedures.
• Oversee quality management (QA/QC) and health & safety compliance on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience managing tower projects of more than 30 floors.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, owners and government authorities.
