PTT and MDM Solution Performance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a PTT & MDM Solution Performance Engineer to lead end‑to‑end performance analysis, assurance and reporting for Push‑to‑Talk and Mobile Device Management solutions within a telecom managed‑services environment. The role combines deep knowledge of PTT and MDM technologies with experience in mobile core, BSS, charging analytics and service performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑demand, short‑term and long‑term performance analysis across PTT and MDM solutions.
• Support Motorola PTT and cloud‑based MDM platforms integrated with Mobile Core and BSS environments.
• Perform service assurance, KPI analysis and technical reporting for Android and Windows device fleets.
• Analyse charging configurations, usage records, CDRs and signalling traces for PTT/MDM services.
• Review and audit HLD/LLD designs, translating them into monitoring and reporting requirements.
• Develop performance management reports, audit reports and BI dashboards using SQL, Python, Linux shell, VBA and ENIQ.
• Apply AI/ML techniques for anomaly detection and service degradation prediction.
• Support capacity planning for major events such as Ramadan, Hajj and national holidays.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of relevant experience in telecom performance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PTT and MDM solutions, preferably Motorola PTT and cloud‑based MDM.
• Familiarity with 4G/5G SA mobile core, BSS charging analytics and CRM/billing integration.
• Ability to work onsite in Saudi Arabia and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
