Pump Driver

About the role

The company, a leader in construction and manufacturing, is looking for a qualified Pump Driver to join its operations team. You will operate, monitor and maintain pumping equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pumps, pipelines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of pumping systems.
• Monitor pressure, flow rates and equipment performance, reporting any abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and records.
• Assist in equipment installation, testing and commissioning when required.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance and site teams to guarantee uninterrupted operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Pump Driver, Plant Operator or similar role in construction, manufacturing, concrete, water treatment or industrial sectors.
• Ability to read technical manuals, operating procedures and basic drawings.
• Willingness to work shifts if required.
