Purchasing Supervisor

About the role

As a Purchasing Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the purchasing function, ensuring that all goods and services are procured efficiently, on time, and in line with company standards. You will collaborate with multiple departments to guarantee a seamless supply of materials, food, beverage, and operational items while maintaining cost control and compliance with procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of goods and services, ensuring quality standards and operational requirements are met while controlling costs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure timely delivery.
• Assist in negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve best value.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or service issues.
• Ensure purchase orders and procurement transactions are processed accurately and promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels for food, beverage, operating supplies, and general materials to guarantee sufficient stock.
• Coordinate with internal departments to anticipate purchasing needs.

Required profile

• Experience supervising procurement activities and supporting a Purchasing Manager.
• Proven ability to maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Capability to monitor inventory requirements and ensure accurate purchasing processes.
• Commitment to integrity, efficiency, and accuracy in all procurement operations.
