About the role

As a Guest Experience Agent at Shebara Resort, you will be a key ambassador for Red Sea Global Hospitality, delivering personalized and memorable service to guests throughout their stay. You will support the entire guest journey, from pre‑arrival arrangements to departure, ensuring every request and special occasion is handled with warmth and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, personalized service.
• Coordinate pre‑arrival arrangements and communicate guest preferences to relevant departments.
• Provide accurate information about the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Record and follow up on special occasions, preferences, and any guest feedback.
