QAQC Manager

About the role

The QAQC Manager will lead quality assurance and quality control activities across construction projects, ensuring all works meet client specifications, industry standards, and local regulations. This senior position provides quality leadership to site supervision teams and drives continuous improvement of the company’s quality management system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project‑specific quality management plans aligned with contractual and client requirements.
• Review, approve, and monitor contractor inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures.
• Conduct site quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with specifications, standards, and KSA construction codes.
• Manage non‑conformance reports and corrective‑action processes, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee material testing, certification, and documentation to guarantee compliance with approved standards.
• Provide quality‑management training and guidance to site supervision and contractor teams.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to project management and clients.
• Support project close‑out by ensuring all quality records and certifications are complete and accurate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in construction, including leadership of QA/QC functions.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and construction quality standards.
• Familiarity with KSA construction codes and international quality standards; KSA experience preferred.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) is an advantage.
