About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and overall quality of our software applications. The role involves both manual and automated testing, close collaboration with development and product teams, and continuous improvement of testing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and automation testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to validate requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release validation activities.
- Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and release readiness documentation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation as needed.
- Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.
Required profile
- 3–11+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Version control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket.
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Programming/scripting: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#.
- Performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling.
- Container & cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Behavior‑Driven Development: Cucumber, SpecFlow.
