Quality Control Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector acts as the primary liaison between the company and its clients on all quality‑related matters. You will ensure that pressure vessel and heat‑exchanger fabrication meets the highest standards while providing courteous client interactions during inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and coordinate client inspections in a professional manner.
• Verify that welding, heat treatment, hardness testing, inspection and non‑destructive testing comply with applicable codes and specifications.
• Approve incoming materials, in‑process production, and finished products through visual and measurement testing, rejecting or returning non‑conforming items.
• Document inspection results, generate reports, log re‑work and waste, and enter data into the quality database.
• Ensure internal procedures are followed and identify non‑conformities, driving corrective‑action plans.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of pressure‑vessel and heat‑exchanger fabrication.
• Familiarity with ASME Sections II, V, VIII, IX and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel inspection.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and production teams.
