Quality Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Specialist to monitor operational quality, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive continuous improvement. The role supports initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
• Conduct quality reviews and internal audits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse operational performance, pinpoint process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track and report quality KPIs and prepare periodic quality reports.
• Investigate customer complaints related to service quality and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support the development and continuous improvement of quality management processes.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, procedures, and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, or Process Improvement.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
