About the role
The Quality Supervisor for Warehouse & Logistics ensures that all logistics activities – from receiving and storage to transportation and distribution – meet the company’s quality standards. You will work closely with operations teams to identify gaps, drive improvements, and support continuous‑quality initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily logistics and warehouse operations for quality compliance.
- Identify and report issues related to damages, delays, or process errors.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and operational checks.
- Track, analyse and report quality performance metrics.
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 month of experience in logistics, warehouse operations or quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
