Quantity Surveyor – Construction Supervision (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join Surbana Jurong’s construction supervision projects in Riyadh. The role focuses on cost management, contract administration and commercial control across large‑scale infrastructure developments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, financial performance and cost forecasts.
• Evaluate contractor variations, claims and interim payment applications.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and support contract administration activities.
• Conduct site measurements, verify quantities and provide accurate cost advice.
• Assist procurement processes and tender evaluations.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract administration or construction supervision.
• Strong background in infrastructure projects, preferably in KSA/GCC.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and commercial processes.
