Real Estate Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to lead land acquisition and pre‑development activities for our projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle from identifying opportunities to securing government approvals, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and market analyses.
• Coordinate with landowners, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage land acquisition and pre‑development processes.
• Liaise with government authorities, municipalities, and secure planning permits, NOCs and other approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and development requirements.
• Provide market insights and recommendations for development opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in real estate development within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition, feasibility studies, and government permitting procedures.
• Excellent network and communication with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Saudi national preferred.
