Regional Head of Integrity MEA

About the role

The Regional Head of Integrity MEA will lead the Ethics & Compliance function across the Middle East and Africa, reporting to the Global Head of Integrity. This senior position is responsible for shaping and embedding a robust integrity framework that aligns with global priorities and regional business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional Integrity strategy, ensuring alignment with global policies and company values.
• Develop and deliver regional training and awareness programmes to foster an ethical, speak‑up culture.
• Establish operational plans, performance metrics and governance structures for the Integrity function.
• Advise the Global Head of Integrity on regional risks, regulatory developments and compliance trends.
• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Ethics & Compliance programmes, policies and procedures.
• Identify, assess and manage compliance and integrity risks, including anti‑bribery, AML, trade compliance, data privacy and cyber security.
• Oversee internal investigations and issue resolution, ensuring fairness, independence and timely outcomes.
• Provide integrity support for key business activities such as contract negotiations and third‑party risk assessments.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in Ethics, Compliance or Risk Management, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Deep knowledge of anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, anti‑money laundering, trade compliance and data protection regulations.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to manage complex, high‑risk cases.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record of building high‑performance teams and driving cultural change.
