Regional Head of Retail Operations

About the role

The Regional Head of Retail Operations will lead and optimise store performance across the assigned Saudi Arabian territories. This senior position is responsible for executing operational strategies that drive sales, profitability, and brand consistency while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve store sales targets, monitor KPIs such as units per transaction, average ticket, sales per square foot, and conversion rates.
• Guide Area Managers and Store Managers to maximise productivity and resource utilisation.
• Control operational costs through automation and enforce SOPs, loss‑prevention policies, and visual‑merchandising standards.
• Recruit, train and develop staff on sales techniques, customer service and brand etiquette.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide coaching, and establish succession plans.
• Lead regional sales and operations meetings, communicate results, and align with loyalty programmes and senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail operations leadership, preferably within a multi‑store environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
• Ability to travel across the region and work on‑site in multiple store locations.
