Regional Manager Student Recruitment

About the role

Kaplan International Pathways is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead student recruitment for its UK portfolio across the MENA region, primarily focusing on Saudi Arabia and Oman. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive sustainable growth by expanding B2C pipelines, building agency networks, and engaging key external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve ambitious enrollment targets.
• Manage and grow a high‑performing team, providing coaching and performance oversight.
• Expand and nurture relationships with schools, sponsors, and recruitment agencies across the region.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, visa regulations, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Travel extensively throughout MENA and work flexible hours for recruitment events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international education recruitment, higher education or international marketing.
• Demonstrated line‑management experience with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commercial mindset, results‑driven attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia, Oman and other MENA markets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
