Regional Retail Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Our Regional Retail Manager is responsible for implementing the regional retail goals and objectives, budgets and commercial targets in alignment with the brand’s strategic direction for both the short and long term. The role also oversees the local retail network and manages human capital across the region, ensuring excellence in retail performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor store‑level sales, top‑line and gross‑margin targets for Area Sales Managers.
• Approve action plans, commercial discounts and remedial plans for under‑performing stores.
• Develop and validate KPIs, commission schemes and budget assumptions for existing and new stores.
• Coordinate pre‑buying, buying and post‑buying sessions with the buying team and ensure new product launches are communicated.
• Monitor shop expenses, stock discrepancies and compliance with group guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
