Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across the Dammam region. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring high customer satisfaction within the food and beverage FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Oversee daily activities of sales supervisors and representatives, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare and analyze regular sales performance reports for senior management.
• Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to increase market share.
• Handle major customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Supervise recruitment, training, and development of the regional sales team.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, including supermarkets, groceries, and mini‑markets.
• Conduct regular market visits to strengthen key client relationships and monitor field activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with marketing, pricing, and supply‑chain teams to implement promotional plans and balance demand and supply.

Required profile

• High Diploma or higher (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• At least 5 years of experience in the food industry (FMCG).
• Proven track record of leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
