Regional Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on achieving sales and profitability targets while building high‑performing teams and strong customer relationships across Retail, Wholesale, Discount and Modern Trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the regional sales team to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Design and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Drive growth across Retail, Wholesale, Discount and Modern Trade channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors and major accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and market trends, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Category, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams for effective execution.
• Conduct regular field visits to support the team and strengthen customer ties.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
• Track competitor activities, pricing and promotions to uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 7–10 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 3 years in a regional sales leadership role.
• Proven track record managing teams across Retail, Wholesale, Discount and Modern Trade channels.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market and distribution network.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team‑development capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English communication (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
