Regional Workshop Manager

About the role

The Regional Workshop Manager will lead maintenance operations across the assigned region, ensuring fleet availability, cost efficiency and compliance with safety and OEM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities to keep vehicles operational.
• Supervise workshop supervisors, foremen and technicians, driving productivity, quality and safety.
• Monitor regional maintenance expenses, spare‑part usage and adhere to approved budgets.
• Manage relationships with local service providers, dealerships and spare‑part suppliers.
• Coordinate warranty claims and accident repairs with OEMs and insurers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OEM guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regional KPI reports on maintenance costs, downtime and workshop performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements, tooling upgrades and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fleet and Procurement teams to align maintenance activities with business needs.
• Promote a strong HSE culture, oversee workshop safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in workshop management and maintenance operations, preferably in fleet, rental or heavy‑machinery environments.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
