About the role

Heala Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its founding team in Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering safe, compassionate and evidence‑based nursing care within an integrated primary and urgent‑care ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient‑centered, evidence‑based nursing care in primary and urgent‑care settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain clinical excellence and quality standards in all interactions.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation and care coordination.
• Promote a culture of safety, professionalism and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid SCFHS registration and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork and professionalism.
• Commitment to quality and patient safety.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
