About the role

My Clinic, a leading multispecialty outpatient provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in a fast‑growing environment. The role involves administering medications, performing nursing interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments covering physical, emotional and psychosocial needs.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in partnership with patients, families and the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and prescribed treatments while adhering to safety protocols.
• Monitor patient responses, identify adverse reactions and intervene promptly.
• Perform procedures such as wound care, catheterization, tracheostomy care and specimen collection using aseptic techniques.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and privacy.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, self‑care and preventive health measures.
• Document all assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in shift work, covering different areas as needed and support orientation of new nursing staff.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification and active licensure.
• Ability to assess patient needs and prioritize care.
• Strong collaboration skills with physicians, therapists, social workers and case managers.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality and continuous learning.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to different clinical areas.
