About the role

My Clinic, a leading multispecialty outpatient provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care, administer medications, and implement nursing interventions in line with established protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments covering physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, intravenous therapy, and prescribed treatments while following safety protocols.
• Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, tracheostomy care, and specimen collection.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and privacy.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, medication use, and self‑care strategies.
• Document vital signs, interventions, and patient responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
• Maintain flexibility to work different shifts and areas as needed.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Ability to assess patient needs and prioritize care.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts across various clinic areas.
