Registered Nurse

About the role

Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care that transforms lives through evidence‑based practices in a clinical setting. The Registered Nurse works closely with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including physical exams, vital signs, and symptom monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for side effects.
• Provide wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and infection monitoring.
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Observe and record patient conditions, reporting significant changes to the medical team.
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform purposeful rounding to meet patient needs.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (or participation in RN residency program).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid nursing license from the country of origin and registration with the regional health authority (e.g., SCFHS/DHA).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (and other LSTC courses as applicable).
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.

• Typing and general computer skills.
• Clerical abilities such as scanning documents and preparing meeting agendas.
