Release Manager

About the role

Jadaya is looking for a Release Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee software and application releases across multiple environments. The role ensures that each release is delivered in a controlled, efficient and low‑risk manner while meeting both business and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate application releases across development, test, staging and production environments.
• Maintain deployment schedules and release calendars.
• Manage change‑management processes, obtain necessary approvals and communicate release plans to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business owners, development teams, infrastructure teams and external vendors.
• Identify release risks, define rollback procedures and verify production readiness.
• Monitor post‑release activities, track issues and confirm successful implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in release management, change management or IT service delivery.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
