Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer‑focused individual to join our remote support team. As the primary point of contact, you will help customers resolve questions, address concerns, and navigate our products or services, ensuring a positive overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, orders, billing, and procedures.
• Listen actively, understand needs, and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through step‑by‑step resolutions.
• Handle complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department.
• Follow up when additional information or action is required.
• Document all interactions, updates, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, and service requests according to policy.
• Collaborate with sales, billing, technical support, and operations to resolve issues.
