Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer‑focused individual to join our remote support team. As the primary point of contact, you will help customers resolve questions, address concerns, and navigate our products or services, ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, providing accurate information on products, policies, orders, billing, and procedures.
• Listen attentively, understand needs, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through step‑by‑step solutions.
• Handle complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Build positive, personalized relationships, maintain a customer‑first mindset, and identify opportunities for experience improvement.
• Document interactions, update account information, and process orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, and payments in the CRM.
• Monitor support tickets to meet response‑time targets and collaborate with sales, billing, technical support, and operations teams.
• Protect customer data by following privacy, security, and confidentiality procedures.
• Work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate consistently with colleagues while remote.
