About the role

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer‑focused Remote Customer Support Advisor to join our virtual support team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them resolve questions, address concerns, and navigate our products or services while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, orders, billing, and procedures.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through step‑by‑step resolutions.
• Handle complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate department.
• Follow up when additional information or action is required.
• Document interactions, requests, and resolutions in the company’s CRM.
• Update account information and process orders, returns, refunds, or service requests.
• Collaborate with sales, billing, technical support, and operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain privacy, security, and confidentiality of customer data.
