Remote Data Entry Specialist (Full-Time/Part-Time)

About the role

PulseMediaNL is looking for a highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join its fully remote team serving clients across the MENA region. The role can be full‑time or part‑time, offering flexibility for candidates who thrive in an independent work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company databases and platforms.
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them.
• Verify and validate data to ensure high accuracy and integrity.
• Organise and maintain digital files and records.
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
• Follow data entry procedures, confidentiality policies, and generate reports when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (preferred).
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
