Reservations Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the renowned Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh as a Reservations Agent, delivering exceptional service to guests across rooms, food & beverage, and spa reservations. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards and Asian-inspired hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Answer the hotel’s main telephone line, routing calls to the appropriate departments.
• Greet callers warmly and professionally, capturing reservation details accurately.
• Manage and confirm reservations for rooms, dining, and spa services, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Distribute urgent emails, alerts, and messages promptly to support emergency situations.
• Safeguard guest and colleague personal data in accordance with privacy policies.
• Adhere to hotel network usage policies and report any breaches.
• Support the Revenue Department by providing timely and accurate reservation information.
