Restaurant Host (Saudi National)

About the role

The F&B Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for guests at Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Riyadh. You will create a warm, premium first impression, manage reservations and seating, and support smooth restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, introduce servers, and ensure a comfortable dining experience.
• Handle all dining inquiries, bookings and walk‑ins using reservation platforms such as TableCheck, OpenTable or SevenRooms.
• Maintain an organized host station, coordinate with service and kitchen teams, and assist during peak periods.
• Update guest history with preferences, allergies and special occasions, and communicate any special requests to the team.
• Uphold Mövenpick grooming, uniform and brand standards, and manage guest complaints professionally.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a host/hostess in a 5‑star hotel, luxury restaurant or high‑end lounge.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and a vibrant personality.

Required skills

• Familiarity with TableCheck, OpenTable or SevenRooms reservation systems.
• Experience with Micros Symphony POS system.
