Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas in a high‑traffic hotel environment in Riyadh. This role combines hands‑on supervision with strategic planning to ensure exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all restaurant, bar and room‑service staff, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with local food‑handling and liquor laws.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory control and cost management to maximize profitability.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedule employees and adjust resources to meet operational and financial targets.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver coaching programs to improve team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership ability, strong communication skills and a reputation for integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle peak‑period pressures.
