Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas in a high‑traffic hotel environment in Riyadh. This role ensures seamless service, maintains high sanitation standards, and drives financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, covering restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Maintain service quality and sanitation standards in all dining areas.
• Assist with menu planning and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service needs and financial targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure adherence to local liquor laws and all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest and employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field with 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations and lead a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards, food safety, and liquor regulations.
