Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations of a Lebanese cuisine restaurant in Jeddah, ensuring an excellent guest experience and smooth service flow. This full‑time position requires strong leadership, cost‑control awareness, and compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Welcome guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules to guarantee adequate coverage across all shifts.
• Lead, supervise and motivate kitchen and service teams.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, control costs and support profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi health, safety and labour regulations.
• Coordinate reporting, inventory, staffing and operational needs with head office.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotions to increase footfall and customer retention.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Supervisor in the food & beverage industry.
• Strong leadership, scheduling and organisational abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Saudi regulations is an advantage.
