Retail and Advertising Manager

About the role

Parsons is looking for a Retail and Advertising Manager to provide commercial consultancy for retail zones, advertising assets, click‑and‑collect points and ATMs. You will act as the main interface with the client, ensuring designs meet contract requirements and are fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve designs of retail areas, guaranteeing proper sizing of connections and compliance with contract specifications.
• Develop and oversee advertising schemes, selecting appropriate elements and optimizing their distribution.
• Support spatial planning, design review and layout optimisation for all retail and advertising spaces.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, negotiate commercial terms and produce technical reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Real Estate Development, Commercial Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail development, mall management or commercial asset optimisation.
• Proven track record with major commercial developers or as an owner’s representative for shopping malls or lifestyle centres.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, commercial‑negotiation and technical‑report‑writing abilities.
