Retail Leasing Manager (Jeddah/Makkah, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing & Development Manager to lead end‑to‑end retail leasing activities for a leading real‑estate and destination development organization in Saudi Arabia. The role covers everything from tenant sourcing and commercial negotiations to fit‑out coordination, handover and store opening.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail leasing strategies and tenant‑mix plans aligned with asset positioning.
• Identify, qualify and engage local, regional and international retail, F&B and lifestyle operators.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle: proposals, LOIs, negotiations, contracting, handover, fit‑out and opening.
• Coordinate with development, project and design teams to ensure unit configuration and access meet tenant requirements.
• Support commercial business cases, feasibility assessments, rental benchmarking and market analysis.
• Track tenant delivery and opening readiness, resolving commercial, development and operational blockers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate or mixed‑use development, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Proven track record across the retail lifecycle, including tenant mix, brand acquisition, negotiations and fit‑out coordination.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
