About the role
As a Retail Store Manager at Apple, you will lead a diverse team to deliver the iconic Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop, and empower team members while ensuring store performance aligns with Apple’s business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering growth and meeting performance goals.
- Participate actively in floor leadership, interacting with customers and team members throughout the store.
- Recruit, train, retain, and manage a diverse workforce.
- Address customer and employee escalations, partnering with leadership and People partners as needed.
- Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve store performance targets.
- Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality of business and customer information.
- Promote an inclusive environment and model Apple’s values of diversity and respect.
Required profile
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by store operations.
- Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to exceed goals, persist through challenges, and follow through on commitments.
- High integrity, trust‑building, and sound decision‑making skills.
