About the role
This trainee position is ideal for candidates who enjoy blending analytical thinking with hands‑on problem solving in a retail operations setting. You will support the improvement of core business systems and help streamline operational processes that connect teams, partners, and internal workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the core retail CRM and operational ecosystem.
- Bridge the gap between process design and daily execution.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end partner lifecycle within internal systems.
Required profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to analyse and improve operational processes.
