Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will lead the revenue strategy for Tulip Inn Al Daar Rawafid, a franchised hotel in Madinah. Working closely with the General Manager and commercial teams, you will maximize room revenue, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR through data‑driven pricing and inventory decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue management strategy to drive profitability, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Set and continuously optimise pricing based on demand patterns, booking pace, market conditions and competitive positioning.
• Monitor daily performance indicators such as pickup, pace, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and market demand.
• Manage room inventory, pricing, restrictions and availability across all distribution channels.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing opportunities and risks.
• Prepare short‑, medium‑ and long‑term revenue forecasts using historical data, booking trends and market intelligence.
• Lead revenue meetings, presenting performance, forecasts, pricing recommendations and market insights to senior stakeholders.
• Optimise the distribution mix across direct channels, OTAs, GDS, wholesalers and corporate accounts while monitoring channel costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Finance to align commercial strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in a franchised or upscale property.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and drive revenue‑focused initiatives.
