Rigless Drilling Operations Foreman

About the role

The Rigless Drilling Operations Foreman leads and coordinates rigless drilling, well completion, and workover activities on remote onshore and offshore sites in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with Saudi Aramco standards and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise rigless drilling, well completion, and workover operations at remote locations.
• Ensure all work follows approved well programs, SOPs, HSE standards, and BOP requirements.
• Coordinate contractors, equipment, materials, logistics, and site support.
• Monitor operational progress, costs, and daily reporting.
• Verify contractor compliance with contracts, competency, and equipment specifications.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities without compromising safety.
• Provide on‑the‑job guidance and training to less experienced personnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in rigless drilling, well completion, or workover operations.
• Experience supervising complex wells (deep, high‑pressure, sour‑gas, highly deviated).
• Strong knowledge of well‑site safety, BOP management, drilling/workover procedures, and contractor management.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work a 28‑days‑on/28‑days‑off rotational schedule at remote sites.
